Become a Partner

Partnering with HARC is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. Fill out the New Rescue Partner Request Form
2. Fill out the Spay, Cancellation and CPR Consent Forms
3. Email your organization’s 501(c)3 IRS determination letter to info@harcnc.org

That’s it! Once we have all the completed documents, our office manager will contact you directly. You can generally expect a response within one week.

Once you become a partner, you will be able to start scheduling appointments with us! We typically only schedule requests made directly from the rescue organization and their representatives; however, upon request from the rescue organization, we can also schedule directly with fosters and adopters of your animals.

Every evening, you’ll receive a visit summary for each patient we see that day. Invoices are sent throughout the week, and we will use the payment information provided on your rescue information form unless otherwise requested.
