HARC only works with other 501(c)3 cat and dog rescue groups and animal welfare organizations (including state and county-funded spay/neuter programs) in order to maintain our non-profit status. Click here for a list of our current partners.
How do we help?
HARC’s mission is to help pet rescue organizations save lives and find more lifelong homes by providing timely, low-cost, high-quality veterinary care. We deliver on this promise by offering critical care for homeless pets including wellness exams, lab work, heartworm treatment, X-rays, vaccines, physical therapy and rehabilitation. In addition, we provide routine outpatient medical care including spay/neuter, dentistry and amputations. To learn more, click below:
